The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass background and hair follicle drug screening, and strong customer service and computer skills. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with full benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance preferred.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to read repair manuals, understand repair orders, and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire and wheel inspections, maintenance, and repairs on company-owned equipment
• Evaluate tire and wheel conditions to maximize safety and tire life
• Conduct tire failure analysis and make recommendations to improve performance and reduce costs
• Manage tire inventory according to company programs and procedures
• Load and unload tires for shipping and receiving
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive, safety-focused work environment
