Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician in Fort Wayne, IN to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You will diagnose issues using modern tools, maintain vehicle records, and uphold safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ASE certifications, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• 1+ year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with driveline, engine repairs, and welding.
• Familiarity with diagnostic platforms and troubleshooting.
• Certification requirements: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
