Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience performing gas and some diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (DOT physical if required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
