Job summary

PBNA is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to service one of North America’s largest fleets. You will perform PMs and repairs with minimal supervision, using cutting-edge diagnostics on a diverse mix of vehicles including trucks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; diagnostic and high-tech tools provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass forklift test if applicable.
• At least 18 years old.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with diesel engines, driveline and emissions repairs.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize leading edge tech and diagnostic platforms in maintenance.
• Repair engines, driveline, emissions and safety systems.
• Work on alternate fuel propulsion like electric or CNG applications.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and support safety initiatives.
