Here's what your day-to-day as a Fleet Mechanic will involve:

• Performing PMs and repairs independently
• Using advanced technology like voice applications, diagnostics, predictive analytics, and more
• Working on diverse fleet equipment including cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts
• Diagnosing vehicle failures and repairing parts
• Maintaining accurate documentation and vehicle records
• Supporting safety standards and procedures
• Contributing to one of the largest fleets in North America

Minimum requirements include:

• Own basic hand tools (diagnostic and high-tech tools provided)
• Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, climb, and handle objects (with accommodations if needed)
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass Forklift Skills test if applicable
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Helpful experience includes:

• Removing and torquing wheels
• Working independently
• Using shop tools and performing maintenance
• Working with computers and diagnostics
• Hydraulic and brake systems knowledge
