Job summary

Flexjet in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Fleet Technical Manager specializing in Avionics to join our maintenance organization. The selected candidate will focus on supporting Embraer Phenom 300, Praetor 500/600, Challenger 300/350/3500, and Gulfstream G450/500/650/700 fleets.

You will lead fleet reliability efforts, oversee daily dispatch operations, provide troubleshooting and AOG recovery support to the maintenance control center, and collaborate with OEM technical support to enhance fleet

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to control center support groups when requested.
• Oversee coordination of maintenance activities for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance as well as follow-up procedures for delays and cancellations.
• Drive continuous improvement in aircraft reliability through collaboration with fleet OEM technical support.

The selected candidate will primarily focus on Embraer Phenom 300, Praetor 500 / 600 aircraft, Challenger 300/350/3500, Gulfstream G450/500/650/700. The key responsibilities include managing fleet reliability and daily dispatch operations, offering troubleshooting and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery support to the maintenance control center, and collaborating with fleet OEM technical support to address and enhance fleet reliability concerns.
