Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for an Automotive Installation Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role installs and supports GPS, telematics, cameras, sensors, and other fleet technology across cars, trucks, tractors, and trailers.

You’ll travel to customer sites for mobile installations, perform 12V/24V wiring, and ensure right‑first‑time installations with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive, electrical, or installation experience required.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to read technical instructions and use tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, sensors, and tracking equipment.
• Work on light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and other fleet assets.
• Perform basic 12V/24V wiring, including power, ignition, ground, diagnostic, and trailer connections.
