Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Ability to interpret logs and dashboards to diagnose issues.
• Comfort with VR headsets and robotics hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote customer service via Slack, text, or phone; monitor robot performance and triage issues.
• Resolve issues remotely and escalate to field support with a clear handoff.
• Maintain and improve the triage knowledge base to speed up issue resolution.
• Track recurring issues and surface patterns to the engineering team.
