Overview

Our client, a leading organization in autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. The role is part of the Operations Department supporting the Fleet Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude.

Job Details
  • Job Title: Fleet Support Analyst
  • Location: Atwater, CA
  • Pay Range: 44/hr
  • Shift: Tue-Sat 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in ensuring the operational uptime of the fleet by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
  • Interface with operators and capture troubleshooting details in Jira, providing feedback to the Fleet Support Engineering team.
  • Maintain shift coverage, including managing out-of-office and sick days, to ensure continuous fleet support.
  • Develop and follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Analyze telemetry data, identify root causes, and implement diagnostic procedures to resolve fleet issues efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
