Job summary

Caliber Fleet Solutions in Phoenix is hiring an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in a fast-paced production shop. Responsibilities include keeping the interior area clean, disposing of waste, sweeping floors, and assisting with spray booths and tool organization.

You will follow SOPs to ensure timely repairs and maintain orderly parking lots and grounds. Prior collision experience or related certification is a plus, and the role offers overtime eligibility and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including waste disposal and sweeping floors.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance as needed.
• Follow Caliber’s SOP and center procedures to complete repairs promptly.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Fleet Solutions has an immediate job opening for Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Maintaining the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area including daily emptying of waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assist in cleaning of spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location, maintaining parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion and perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary. The Auto Shop Helper will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.
