Caliber Fleet Solutions is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator in Chicago to inspect, verify and distribute parts to workstations, ensuring arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role follows Caliber and OEM standards using our equipment.

You will be part of a production shop environment, eligible for weekly pay, overtime, and benefits from day one. Opportunities for career growth and hands-on experience in a large automotive service network are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background, criminal, and MVR checks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to read and understand written estimates and work orders.

Service Center Fleet - Chicago JOB SUMMARY Caliber Fleet Solutions has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technician’s. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR COORDINATOR FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO: $24.00 per hour!

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background, criminal and MVR checks

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
