The Fleet Servicing Specialist II is responsible for effectively servicing Fleet Service accounts while using strategies that align with all legal, regulatory, departmental, and company standards. Frequent tasks may include, but are not limited to, billing inquiries, fleet service questions, assistance with MyFleet Account online customer portal, collection efforts, and general account servicing tasks. The Fleet Servicing Specialist II will collaborate with internal departments, customers, dealers, and external vendors in servicing Fleet Service customers. The Fleet Servicing Specialist II will assist with the research, development and implementation of new departmental processes. The Fleet Servicing Specialist II will assist in training new Fleet Servicing employees.
