Job summary

Altec in the United States seeks a Technical Solutions Specialist in Fleet Service. You will partner with operations to solve complex data, systems, and process challenges, using analytics and technology to validate assumptions and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preference will be given to candidates near St. Joseph, MO; Birmingham, AL; or Dixon, CA, and travel up to 15% to support deployments and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; strong preferred but exceptional candidates with 2 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to support job duties.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical tools and business knowledge to develop solutions for Fleet Service problems.
• Investigates performance to identify drivers, tests assumptions, and recommends actions.
• Combines data from multiple systems and validates quality before conclusions.
• Partners with stakeholders to define problems, evaluate solutions, and support decisions.
• Identifies new process improvement opportunities using understanding of business processes.
• Maintains knowledge of technologies for Fleet Service analytics, automation, and integration.
