Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in daily service shop operations with safety, quality, and compliance.
- Set goals, manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads to meet targets.
- Lead preventative maintenance programs for tractors, trailers, and shop equipment.
- Prepare, review, and analyze operational and financial reports.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure associates are trained on maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Supervise, develop, and engage associates through coaching and career development.
- Promote open communication and partner with leaders and support teams.
