Job summary

Transdev North America in Grayslake, IL is hiring a Utility Worker/Service Employee to perform basic vehicle servicing duties and deliver safe, reliable transportation services. The role emphasizes customer service orientation and safety compliance in daily operations.

Responsibilities include keeping fleet vehicles clean, driving and parking vehicles, fueling, and recording fluids. A DS/driving record and ability to pass DOT-related checks are required; a valid license is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior.
• Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles.
• Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids.
• Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes.
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas,fuelingstations, and related facilities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Other duties asrequired.
