Location: Warwick (Hybrid working with UK-wide travel)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Service Engineer to join Volvo Trucks!

As a Fleet Service Engineer, you will support the National Fleet Team to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction for our Key Accounts.

The Volvo Trucks National Fleet team works with customers across the UK and Ireland and global corporations. This role offers insight into the operational aspects of the National Fleet Department, with potential for further development. We will support your training and growth.

You will be based at the Warwick Head Office, but as this is a field-based role, you will visit customer operations and dealer sites, managing several Fleet Accounts, building relationships, and ensuring excellent service levels.

You will ensure strong relationships between National Key Account customer sites and Volvo Dealers, support Key Account Managers with technical issues, drive continuous improvement, evaluate service quality standards, and liaise with warranty and service support teams.

Who are you?

You are a business and customer-oriented individual with problem-solving skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, highly organized, with analytical skills and a flexible approach.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with customers and networks, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry
  • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, ideally trucks
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle sector
