Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking an Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations in Houston, TX. You will manage drivers, optimize routes, ensure safety, and support cost-effective delivery of goods for our beverage distribution network.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating logistics, maintaining DOT compliance, and driving improvements in efficiency and service levels. On-site position with a focus on safety and performance, reporting to the Transportation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience leading transportation teams is required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of drivers and transportation personnel.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and KPI tracking.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Assist in transportation budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare and analyze transportation performance reports.
• Resolve transportation-related emergencies and issues.
