NAPA is hiring a Automotive Parts Specialist at our Louisville, KY location. The role involves sourcing and providing parts for fleet customers, assisting team members, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will use your parts knowledge to help customers and technicians, ask the right questions to confirm correct parts, and communicate availability. A driver’s license and automotive experience are preferred, with growth opportunities within NAPA.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses or degree are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work around an airport environment in a shop setting.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Assist other NAPA team members with parts knowledge and answer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
