Walmart is seeking an Operations Manager for the service shop to lead fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and high-performance throughput. You will guide staff, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the shop, contributing to reliable goods movement within the network.

In this role, you’ll forecast staffing, drive process improvements, and maintain strong leadership with a focus on development and teamwork.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus 1 year supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Associate's Degree in Business or related field plus 2 years supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 2 years experience as a Walmart Refurb/Service Shop Area Manager or relevant supervisory roles in fleet service.
• Diesel, automotive or heavy equipment maintenance certifications (e.g. ASE, DOT) with supervisory experience.

• Drive and implement business plans to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety within the service shop.
• Forecast staffing needs, manage workload, and monitor performance outcomes to align with business demands.
• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance within the service shop; prepare and analyze business reports to drive improvements.
• Supervise shop associates and leaders; provide direction, monitor performance, and offer feedback and development opportunities.
• Oversee shop operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and Walmart's quality and safety standards.
