Job summary

CCBCU is seeking a Fleet Mechanic 2 to maintain and repair our fleet of class 1-8 diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-call roadside service.

The role requires reading/writing English, 18+ years old, and willingness to work a flexible schedule with safety as a priority. CDL preferred and PPE provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• PPE as required by position and safety policies.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all fleet equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs.
• Perform emergency roadside services as needed.
• Order parts, record usage, and manage stock inventory.
• Complete electronic work orders and log information in the CMMS.
• Assist team with troubleshooting and repairs, inspect equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following GMPs.
