Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair class 1-8 fleet equipment including trucks, trailers and forklifts in North Alabama.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and manage part inventory in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with comprehensive benefits and a strong commitment to career growth. This role requires a valid driver's license and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet fleet policy
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and replace parts.
• Order parts and maintain inventory records.
• Complete electronic work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain safe, clean work area following GMP.
