Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group in South Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to diagnose and repair fleet trucks and to perform preventive maintenance across vehicle systems. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and safety compliance.

The position requires DOT inspections within 6 months, ASE certification (or progression toward it), and a valid Class B Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record. On-site work with relocation opportunities available.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time mechanic experience, or currently attending/recent graduate from technical college.
• Certified to complete DOT inspections within 6 months of employment.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Possess ASE Certification or become certified within 12 months of employment.
• Possess or be able to obtain and maintain Class B Minnesota driver's license within 6 months of appointment.

Description

Fleet Mechanic Duties & Responsibilities:
