Job summary

Associated American Landscape Inc – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain our fleet and equipment. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance, report on time with a professional presence, and assist in winter snow operations as required.

The role requires 3+ years in truck and small engine repair, your own tools, and a valid driver's license; CDL A is a plus and a pre-employment drug screen will be conducted. Flexible hours with overtime may be necessary.

Position Overview: Fleet Mechanic

We are offering a signing bonus of $500.00!!

American Landscape is seeking an individual who is hard-working and interested in a position is our equipment and vehicle maintenance department. This individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a Driver’s License and clean driving record. Top pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Key Functions:

• Provide a high-quality level of service on our fleet and equipment.
• Routine preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
• Keep work area clean and looking professional.
• Work during the winter season in our snow operations.

Qualifications:

• Job type – Full Time
• Experience - 3or more years of experience in all facets of truck and small engine repair preferred.
• Possession of your own tools.
• Flexible hours with overtime may be required.
• Good communication skills.
• Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• CDL license a plus.
