Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Cranes and Rigging, OSHA, and EPA certifications with company support.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues.

• Flexibility to work at multiple office locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Assist with the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA 10, Cranes and Rigging, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Ability to perform vehicle modifications, tool racks and service body racks etc.
• Work at various locations on any given day and haul equipment and larger units.
• Drive gooseneck trailers, 24ft box trailers and others to load/unload materials and tools safely.
• Experience working on construction equipment (excavators, scissor lifts, man lifts and forklifts).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fleet Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and functionality of our fleet and equipment. This position will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of equipment, including all-terrain forklifts, scissor lifts, material lifts, mini excavators, welders, air compressors, and of course motor vehicles

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.

Preferred/Required Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and obtain certifications, including Cranes and Rigging, OSHA, and EPA, with company support and funding
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues

• Flexibility to work at multiple office locations as needed
