Are you a skilled automotive technician with a passion for gas and diesel engines, diagnostics, and keeping fleets running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team and take charge of maintaining our company’s fleet of Ford trucks.

About the Role:

As a fleet mechanic, you'll be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing our fleet of Ford F-Series trucks (F-150 to F-550). This includes everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. We’re seeking a team member with a good attitude and a willingness to learn who takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and repairs on a fleet of Ford trucks
• Maintain accurate service records and inspection logs
• Ensure all vehicles meet DOT and company safety standards
• Work independently and with a small team of technicians
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain gasoline and diesel trucks
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Coordinate with fleet management and Shop Foreman to prioritize repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive mechanic experience
• Strong knowledge of Ford truck systems preferred
• ASE certifications (Ford-specific certs a plus) or OEM certifications a plus
• CDL license a plus, or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to quality workmanship and reliability
• Self-starter with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
