Vestis Corporation is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and cost-conscious repair practices, with work guided by the Lead Mechanic.
You will maintain delivery step vans and company cars, using the AVMS fleet system to document and track repairs. Two years of fleet repair experience and a High School Diploma or GED are required; an Associate degree in Automotive Technology is a plus.

The Fleet Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles in a timely and cost efficient manner. Receives work duties and responsibilities from Lead Mechanic or management personnel.
Two years or more of experience in all phases of fleet vehicle mechanical repairs including general maintenance and repair, wiring, engine overhaul and preventative maintenance scheduling.
High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent on the job training preferred, but not required.
The hourly rate that Vestis reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.35.
