You will be the primary resource for drivers and will build strong relationships to understand revenue and home time requirements. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, coaching drivers to meet performance targets, and coordinating with drivers, staff and customers while following safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in flatbed transportation preferred or relevant education.
• Strong relationship-building skills to develop a safety and performance-driven fleet.
• Sense of urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze available loads and dispatch drivers to maximize revenue.
• Coach drivers to achieve company metrics for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, staff and customers to ensure safe and reliable transportation service.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required by business needs or assigned by management.
