Monarch Healthcare seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the agency's vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include establishing fleet administration standards, budgeting, and policy development for vehicle use and replacement.
You will manage licensing, maintenance coordination, and asset risk training while analyzing vehicle utilization and coordinating with leadership on purchases and disposals. A four-year capacity is kept current with safety and regulatory compliance.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Pay Range Minimum: $43,888.00 Education We're Looking for: Associates (Required) Certifications We're Looking For: Drivers License (Valid) - USA Experience We're Looking For: Fleet Management Experience | 2-4 Years | Required Additional Details: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; with five years' experience and/or extensive knowledge of fleet management, mechanical repairs; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Well-developed computer skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. Principles and practices of vehicle and equipment maintenance. Principles and practices of fleet management. Basic budgeting principles. Principles and practices of safety management. Knowledge of pertinent local, state and federal laws, ordinances related to operation of vehicles.
