Monarch Healthcare seeks an Administrative Assistant for Crisis & Urgent Care Services to support the Behavioral Health Division. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, assisting with front desk and medical records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Notary certification is required within the first year of hire. Weekend shifts are part of the role, with potential for travel as needed.
The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant, Crisis & Urgent Care Services are to provide support and assistance to the Behavioral Health Division of Monarch. That involves performing technical and office tasks in support of the Director and other staff and working with the public to ensure response that meets service guidelines.
