Position: Fleet Manager Location: Mobile, AL Job Id:9821 # of Openings:1 Position: Fleet Manager Reports to: PropertyAsset Manager FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Salary: $26.44 an hour Function: The Fleet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the organization’s vehicle fleet (100+ vehicles). This role ensures vehicles are safely operated, properly maintained, cost-efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Fleet Coordinator supports program operations by coordinating vehicle assignments, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and managing vehicle procurement and disposal within approved budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or related role.
• Experience managing a large fleet (50+ vehicles) strongly preferred.
• Experience in a nonprofit or multi-site organization is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
