OCMC Trucking Inc. is a flatbed trucking company delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and driver management while optimizing fleet performance and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

• Track vehicle usage, fuel, and costs to improve performance.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.

• Manage vehicle acquisitions/disposals as needed.

• Lead, train, and support staff, fostering a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as Fleet Manager.

• Fluent English is a must

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and industry regulations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with fleet software and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• CDL A license is a plus.

Schedule:

Mon–Fri, with nighttime support from Roadside Assistant + weekend support twice a month.
