Job summary

TransWest Mobility is seeking skilled fleet technicians to maintain and repair a diverse range of vehicles, including light and heavy-duty fleet equipment. The role involves diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure safe, reliable operation across multiple vehicle types.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with electrical and drivetrain systems, utilize OEM diagnostic tools, and maintain thorough maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing vehicles or completion of a relevant program.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, brake, powertrain, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, electrical, fuel, and driveline components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and repair documentation.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software and repair manuals to troubleshoot systems.
• Conduct road tests and field service calls as needed to verify repairs.
