Job summary

Republic Services in Missoula, MT is seeking a Maintenance Technician C to perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks under supervision. You will inspect and service vehicle systems, identify issues, and perform basic repairs to keep the fleet safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program is preferred but not required.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• 1-3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks.
• Inspect vehicle mechanical and electrical systems and perform basic repairs.
• Maintenance tasks include oil changes, fluids replenishment, tire changes, and light electrical work.
