Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Technician in Juneau to keep motorcoaches and service vehicles at peak performance. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety and reliability for guest travel.

The position requires an Associate's degree or technical training, two years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license (CDL-B preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or technical training/certification in maintenance.
• Two years of motorcoach or vehicle maintenance experience.
• CDL- Class B with air brake endorsement preferred (may be obtained via company training).
• MVR check and pre-employment background/drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on motorcoaches and service vehicles.
• Carry out preventive and repair maintenance routinely.
• Keep maintenance facilities and areas clean and organized.
• Conduct inspections, determine actions, and perform work.
