Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of diesel truck and trailer maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, air brakes, and trailer repair.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
• ASE certification, agricultural equipment experience, and welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and trailer components.
• Conduct inspections and help ensure equipment remains safe and compliant.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and inspection records.
• Assist with roadside and emergency repairs when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Circle S Ranch is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on diesel-powered trucks, trailers, agricultural equipment, and support vehicles. What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and trailer components.

Qualifications: Work Environment and Schedule

Work is performed in an indoor shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position may require overtime, weekend or holiday work, and participation in an on-call schedule when needed.
