Job summary

Greyhound Bus Lines Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Team and coordinate repair, maintenance and cleaning across our fleet. The role focuses on keeping buses safe, reliable, and on time while mentoring staff and managing shift operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive or bus maintenance, a mechanical background, and a HS Diploma or GED. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform shift work across evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, trucking, or bus maintenance.
• Mechanical background and understanding of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize repair orders and operational demands.
• Ensure buses are safe, clean, reliable, and efficient.
• Schedule all operations to ensure on-time performance and exceptional condition of fleet.
• Coordinate repair, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Schedule cleaning and related functions for coaches and equipment.
• Train and mentor employees.
