Job summary

Penske in Kent, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, maintain morale, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and maintenance oversight.

Candidates should have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3+ years of team management with strong metrics. Training and advancement opportunities are offered. You do not need to be a mechanic to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.
