A transportation solutions company located in Burlington, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate maintenance for a fleet of commercial passenger vehicles. This role requires strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, along with a CDL B license. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with fleet management and expertise in Cummins Engine Repair. Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with fleet management company.
• 5 years of experience in Cummins Engine Repair.
• CDL B w/ Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements required.
• Willingness to obtain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.

Responsabilités

• Manage hands-on execution and coordination of maintenance for a fleet of commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform vehicle repairs.
• Oversee local maintenance and safety operations.
• Supervise maintenance staff.
