Penske in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will coordinate, schedule, and audit maintenance repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will lead diesel technicians, maintain morale, and ensure high customer satisfaction while enforcing safety and quality standards.
The role includes hiring and training technicians, developing the team, monitoring performance, controlling repair costs and inventory, and ensuring compliance with DOT and Penske policies.
As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep your customers happy. Your regular duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs – prevention, mechanical, and electrical – for tractors, trucks, and trailers. You will be involved in hiring, training, and ongoing development of vehicle maintenance technicians, ensuring a highly skilled workforce meets customer expectations.
Tues‑Sat, 2nd shift starting at 12:30 pm.

$71,800 – $95,200 per year.
