Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance for Waste Pro vehicles and order required parts.
• File repair orders, DVIRs, and safety forms.
• Enter maintenance data daily and verify accuracy.
• Order parts requested by night and day shifts with manager approval.
• Maintain and cycle-count parts inventory.
• Receive, label, stock, and dispense parts to mechanics and staff.
• Assist shop manager with time card reviews and corrections.
