Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop or mechanical setting is required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge such as tire changes and fluid checks.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when detailing vehicles.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and inspections.
• Outfitting and cleaning of fleet vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Drive and manage fleet vehicles, including towing and loading/unloading.
• Be on-call every other weekend.
• Assist mechanics with repairs and tool setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Load, unload, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment.
