Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Montgomery, NY to lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will oversee repairs, schedules, training, and development to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

The role requires 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team management with strong metrics. Travel within the district may be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
