Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced repair and diagnostic tasks for fleet maintenance.
• Lead and coordinate vehicle repairs including refurbishment of Bird vehicles.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and provide updates on progress and issues.
• Onboard, train and lead a team of mechanics; assign daily tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Manage material movement and inventory within the warehouse; ensure accuracy.
