Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Fort Pierce, FL location to lead diesel technicians, maintain morale, and ensure superior customer service. The role involves coordinating preventive and repair work, managing costs, and driving safety and quality across the fleet.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fleet maintenance management experience and proven team leadership in metrics-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web based applications.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs; meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
