Qualifications

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with good time management.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Lift Truck Operator (LTO) certification / license or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and dispose of waste in maintenance areas.
• Keep maintenance facilities, garages, locker rooms clean and organized.
• Inspect eyewash stations and light fixtures regularly.
• Report facility issues and coordinate repairs or painting.
• Support a safe, organized environment through regular cleaning.
