Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Truck & Trailer Washer to join our Fleet Maintenance team in Collegedale, TN. You will wash, fuel, and clean the interior and exterior of our fleet tractors and transportation vehicles, helping minimize delays and keeping McKee Foods’ high brand visibility on the road.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a lift truck license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Possession of or ability to obtain McKee Foods lift truck license.
• Meet physical demands with/without accommodation.
• Basic computer operation skills.
• Strong perception, judgment and decision-making.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fuel tractors and other company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Wash tractors and trailers using designated facilities.
• Interior and exterior cleaning of tractors, trailers and fleet vehicles.
• Safely maneuver and park tractors and trailers on McKee Foods property.
• Service vehicle fluids in company vehicles as needed.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance repairs.
• Generate work orders and log stock/parts details in the maintenance system.
