Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced fleet management certification can substitute education on a year-for-year basis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Intermediate Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible, detail oriented, and highly organized.
• CAFM certification is a plus.
• Valid California Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet-related capital projects to ensure budget adherence and proper documentation.
• Manage the entire vehicle lifecycle from procurement through retirement.
• Track capital expenditures and recommend fleet upgrades or replacements.
• Support development and execution of Fleet Electrification programs.
• Support fleet safety technology programs and other fleet initiatives.
• Maintain an accurate real-time database of all assets and handle DMV tasks.
