Salary Range: $40.00 To $60.00 Annually
The Lead Mechanic is responsible for actively performing mechanical repairs while leading and coordinating a team of mechanics in daily work assignments. This role ensures all fleet equipment is properly maintained, repaired efficiently, and compliant with company standards and safety requirements.
Evaluate equipment conditions and identify necessary repairs.
Perform both basic maintenance and major repairs on heavy equipment, including:

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
Assist in developing and improving preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
