Job Description

The Fleet Implementation Specialist plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations, including solution design, onboarding, and system integrations. This role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers while exercising independent judgment to deliver implementations accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards. The Specialist serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation and is accountable for building strong consultative client relationships that drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and utilization. Responsibilities include delivering a high-touch customer experience, providing training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations, and supporting customers in optimizing program performance. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the company’s products and services, including file and API integrations and how those solutions connect with customer operations. The Specialist must take a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding fleet customers, present integration options, recommend appropriate solutions, and address technical questions and concerns throughout the implementation process.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
  • Strong project management, organizational, technical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in working effectively with a variety of function groups to assemble customer solutions
  • Excellent presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving skills; self-motivated, self-starter

Salary and Benefits Summary

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment. U.S. Bank conducts background checks consistent with applicable local laws, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act as well as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
