Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager to identify, design, develop, and implement assigned projects. You will interface with internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery and will train users while evaluating project outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in project management, and strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Hybrid schedule with in-office days.

Job Description
Position Highlights
  • Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
  • Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project
  • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Salesforce and/or Jira experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Prepaid line of business
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hybrid/flexible schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
